Hotel Posta - Palazzo Guidoni - Orvieto

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a cozy lounge bar, and luggage storage. The staff even helped me with currency tips on my first stay. Highly recommend, I'm returning for Christmas!

The staff helped us and were very very helpful and amazingly nice. The vibe here was quiet!

this place was perfect for what we needed, recommend. everything was good, nonetheless we stayed for 3 nights only. the hotel was in a great position right by the center of town, a bustling historical centre and the cathedral. it also was so close to everything. everyone was extremely friendly and amicable.

I was enchanted by the lovely garden area that surrounded the hotel, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching tortoises roam. The sun terrace offered a picturesque spot to unwind after a day of exploring the town, and the leisure room was a cozy retreat filled with books and games. The hotel's strategic location allowed easy access to the vibrant culture and delectable restaurants right at our doorstep.

The place was clean and staff were ACCOMMODATING, I greatly enjoyed fantastic and amazing location. The economy double room was nicely decorated with a bathroom. Location: the hotel was just off a superb restaurant for dinner as well as a garden of sorts. I had some drinks at Bottega Vera, positioned 900 feet away.

Towers can be quite disruptive at night. The location is fantastic, and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast with a variety of pastries and delicious coffee was a good start to each day.

Navigating the steep streets to get there can also be a challenge if you're not used to it. One night feels short compared to what could be enjoyed.

One significant issue was the breakfast selection, which leans heavily towards sweet items. I'd prefer more savory choices like bread and cheese. The ambiance and customer service were great, despite the minor breakfast hiccup.

The staff was cheerful and interactive, especially when our boys showed interest in learning some Italian phrases. Plus, the garden area provided a wonderful backdrop for family games.

My wife says that the breakfast options could have catered better to kids.

It's right in the town center. Pamela at the desk was amazing. She helped us a lot with parking and gave us great local recommendations. Plus, the spa options were a nice touch for relaxation!

The staff were warm and supportive, especially as I practiced my Italian. The hotel's location near picturesque views and the Duomo made exploring Orvieto effortless. We even enjoyed breakfast surrounded by a serene garden, where we spotted tortoises!
